Interested in Becoming a Guardian ad Litem? Hundreds of children in Hennepin and Ramsey Counties are waiting for men and women like you to speak up for them in court. Volunteers from the community are always needed to protect our children’s best interests and serve as their advocate. Contact us today, and you can become the voice for an abused and neglected child.

CASA volunteers—also known as Guardians ad Litem in the State of Minnesota—are everyday citizens whom judges appoint to advocate for the safety and well-being of children who have experienced abuse and neglect and may have been removed from their home. They stand up for these children and change their lives.

Take The First Step!

If you would like to learn more, the best way to do so is to join us at an upcoming information session. You will hear more about the requirements of the program, our application process and the day-to-day work of our advocates from one of our wonderful volunteers. Please feel free to bring family, friends or colleagues who may also be interested.
