Welcome to the online home of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Minnesota. CASA volunteers—also known as Guardians ad Litem in the State of Minnesota—are everyday citizens whom judges appoint to advocate for the safety and well-being of children who are in the court system as a result of abuse and/or neglect. They stand up for these children and change their lives. CASA Minnesota is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports Minnesota CASA programs and the volunteers who have helped more than two million children find safe, permanent homes.

Join Team CASA Minnesota and run the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon!

We are excited to announce that CASA Minnesota is participating in the Charity Program for the 2013 Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon on October 6th. We are reaching out to runners and supporters to fundraise for Team CASA Minnesota. Our goal is to raise a ton of money and we need your help! Not only will you raise money for a great charitable organization, you can win prizes!

Runners who join our team will not only raise money for a great charitable organization, but can earn some great prizes!

• Raise $500 or more and you will receive a free CASA Minnesota technical shirt!
• Raise $1000 or more and you will receive the free CASA Minnesota technical shirt AND two tickets to our November wine tasting event! ($100 value)

Thank you to everyone who attended the "Uncorked" wine tasting & silent auction event on January 10th and helped make our event a smashing success! CASA Minnesota Welcomes Mariann Grossman as Executive Director

CASA Minnesota's Board of Directors is pleased to announce the hiring of Mariann Grossman as our new Executive Director. Ms. Grossman, who has led Minnesota-based Mobility for Independence, a nonprofit organization that provides program services for disabled children and adults in need of mobility equipment such as handicap-accessible vehicles, scooters, and wheelchairs, assumed her new role in August.
